How does payment work?
Our logo design packages are divided into 2 payments — a 50% down payment is required to secure your project date in our calendar and the remaining half is due before releasing the final design files.
We use PayPal invoicing to keep your information safe and secure, and we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our business and because we start work from day one we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

How long do brand design projects take?
Our branding packages take around 3 – 6+ weeks to complete. Client response time and project scope can affect delivery times, and every project is unique — we can provide a better timeline once we discuss the details of your unique design needs and business goals so we can ensure we’re a good fit for you.
What is a revision round?
One revision round is a single list of changes and constructive feedback clients provide after we present their design concepts. Our clients rarely require additional revision rounds, however, you can always purchase more.
How will I receive my final files?
Once your project is completed and fully paid for, you will receive a link to a shared Google Drive folder that will include your digital design files and any included package assets in a variety of standard file formats.
