Unlimited edits do include edits to content on any existing page. Just note that content must be supplied by you and be 100% upload-ready — updates apply to existing pages only (does not include adding blog posts and does not include design services).

Unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD (or other image files) to WordPress, or building out a new page, website or subdomain. Additional updates and any changes to the structural layout of the website, including colors, fonts, and redesigns would be subject to our hourly design fee.

EDIT EXAMPLE 1
Included: You want us to take the text that you emailed to us and use it to replace the current content on your About page.

Not included: You want us to write content for or design your About page.

EDIT EXAMPLE 2
Included: You want us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you’ve provided all the needed content).

Not included: You want us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store.

EDIT EXAMPLE 3
Included: You want us to install a plugin to use its built-in functionality.

Not included: You want us to create new functionality that doesn’t exist in a plugin. (This would require custom development which would be subject to our hourly development rate).

We’d be happy to help you with custom development as well. That kind of project is fully covered by our hourly work or a retainer plan.

We’ve set up our pricing structure to stay pretty affordable, to include extra value, and to still be able to take care of our team whose goal is to take excellent care of your website. To keep our setup in place it truly makes more sense to handle all of our support services through email.

Even though we don’t offer phone support, customer service is a huge priority and we strive to provide fast, effective, and friendly email support!

We’ll implement additional security measures across your WordPress dashboard and hosting server as needed — we’re proud to provide a customized solution for each unique site. Our security optimization includes forced strong passwords, blocked modification of core WordPress files on the server, IP blocking to prevent attacks, automated malware monitoring, and an SSL certificate. These combined features are the industry standards best practices. Our Stay Fresh package also includes managed malware recovery in the event of an infection.
