You’ll complete our online questionnaire which will allow us to learn about your business goals, brand values, target market, and visual design preferences. We’ll do research on your competitors, similar products, services, and companies, along with gaps in the market or industry, and opportunities for differentiation. This includes visual research as well (we check out the latest design styles that are being used in your industry).
Analysis & Research
You’ll complete our online questionnaire which will allow us to learn about your business goals, brand values, target market, and visual design preferences. 1.5 Hour Marketing & Web Strategy Session
We’ll present key marketing strategies that align with your submitted business goals. We’ll also discuss the conversion-focused methods we’ll apply to your website.
On-Page SEO Strategy
If you already have a website we’ll first perform an SEO audit. Then we’ll look for ranking opportunities, examine your competition, and perform keyword research to identify keywords that match the intent of your website’s visitors. This will allow us to deliver an effective on-page SEO strategy.
Mood Board and Mini Style Guide
Before we begin your project we’ll create a Mood Board featuring a collage of images, textures, patterns, fonts, and color schemes to visually communicate the artistic direction of your project.
Once you approve the Mood Board, we’ll create a Mini Style Guide which will include your brand’s selected font styles and a curated color palette that reflect your brand’s personality and resonates with your target audience by using the psychology of color.
These brand assets will provide the necessary details for consistent branding in one convenient PDF file. It will serve as a valuable reference tool for your internal and external teams and partners to ensure your brand’s identity is consistent across a variety of channels.
⚠️ Important note: this is entirely based on your provided logo, however, if you do not have a logo, we offer Brand Identity Services. We cannot stress enough that it is important to develop this prior to purchasing our web design services; regardless of having it completed by us or another design team altogether.
This is why we do not take on clients who entirely lack brand identity — you must, at the very least, have a quality designed logo.

Are there any hidden costs or fees?
Absolutely not — everything you see listed above is what you get. However, there are additional costs for extra features and customizations that are not part of our signature done-for-you website packages.
How does payment work?
Our done-for-you website packages are divided into 4 payments.
The first payment secures a spot in our calendar. The second payment is due after you’ve submitted your client homework and before we begin your project. The third payment is due after your site preview and before the revision round, and the last payment is due before launch.
We use PayPal invoicing to keep your information safe and secure, and we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Are my domain and website hosting included?
Website hosting is included, but domain registration is a separate service. We can guide you on where to go and how to get it set up — most domains are only $15/year.
I already have hosting, can I still sign up?
Of course! However, do note that we do not recommend shared hosting plans and we can let you know if your plan is sufficient for your new website.
If you wish to move your site to our hosting, but you’re locked into a hosting contract with your current provider, we can discuss the possibility of buying out the remaining months of your existing contract. This way you can take advantage of our Dedicated Hosting and WordPress Website Maintenance Packages without losing any money that you’ve already prepaid.
If you absolutely wish to stick with your current hosting provider, we totally understand, however, there will be an additional $75 flat fee to migrate your website from our servers to yours once your website is ready for launch.
Also, while we’ll still include access to our premium plugins at no cost to you for your first year, you will, unfortunately, lose access to the one year of free website maintenance and tech support that was originally included.
How long will my website take?
While some of our done-for-you websites can be completed in as little as a month, others (especially e-commerce or membership sites) can take as long as three to four months to fully plan and construct. Our team will be able to give you a better timeline quote during our strategy session.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our business and because we start work from day one we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

I already have a website, can you simply update it for me?
If you’re happy with your current website, then these packages aren’t for you, they serve those who are looking to do a full redesign or create a new website.
You’ll want to check out our monthly design retainers or you can request a quote.
Will I show up on Google’s first page?
There are many misconceptions about SEO and please trust us when we say it’s ludicrous for any company to promise high rankings in a short amount of time. Our done-for-you website packages do not include off-page SEO optimization, which is required on an ongoing basis in order to rank on Google’s first page for specific keywords. We install a user-friendly premium SEO plugin, which allows for easy DIY setup for on-page SEO optimization. You can also request a quote for our off-page SEO services.
What is a revision round?
One revision round is a single list of changes and constructive feedback clients provide after we present their designs. Our clients rarely require additional revision rounds, however, you can always purchase more for a discounted rate.
Does your team create the website content?
No, we only provide royalty-free high-resolution stock photos. It is typically the responsibility of the client to provide the content that goes on the website, which is needed before we begin the project — however, we can take care of the copywriting for all of your pages for an additional investment (inquire for pricing)
What is expected of me as a client?
A lot! Your input and feedback are crucial to your design and development projects. This is why we have you complete a questionnaire and assign client homework (the fun kind) before we dive into the design phase.
What if I need help with my site in the future?
We offer convenient and stress-free WordPress Maintenance Packages and Design & Marketing Retainer Packages. Or, you are always welcome to shoot us an email to request a quote on any additional support and design services.
