How does payment work?
You’ll receive an invoice on the 1st day of the month that precedes the month we commence your hours. Every month your invoice and our meeting to discuss your customized project schedule for the upcoming month will be due by the 15th.
Do you offer custom web development?
Yes! Due to the skill level of custom web development rates remain at $197/hr. We’ll provide you with an accurate estimate of how much time it takes once we receive your project details.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our business and because we start work from day one we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We completely understand that business needs can change. That’s why we only require a 4-month commitment — from there you are free to cancel your monthly retainer package, just let us know 14 days before your next billing date.

How are hours tracked?
What if I need more hours?
If we have room in our project calendar to provide you with additional hours, you will receive an invoice for any overage hours. Any service that requires a rushed delivery will have a 35% fee on the total hours used towards the rushed project.
