Why should I get one of your WordPress Website Maintenance Packages?
Because you’re most likely too busy running your business to be able to correctly maintain your website. Keeping websites updated and secure is what we do best.
Best part? We give our clients an easy-to-understand branded WordPress dashboard, free premium hosting, and access to premium plugins. All of our plans get access to a WordPress Drag-&-Drop Page Builder, SEOPress Pro, and Gravity Forms ($387/ year value). This is a pretty amazing value considering the overall prices of our care plans.
I already have hosting, does that matter?
Not necessarily! We’ll work with almost any WordPress website regardless of where it’s hosted. Our plans just include our Premium Hosting plan as a free bonus. We’ll grant you a $20/month discount if you’re hosted elsewhere.
We understand that different websites have different needs and that people have realistic budgets that they have to meet.
With that being said, depending on the complexity of your website we may not be able to achieve your speed and security goals if you’re on a shared hosting plan — and in that case, we would make a strong recommendation to upgrade your hosting plan (whether that’s with us or your current provider).
Can I sign up for a care plan if I have other developers and users working on my websites regularly?
We work best when we’re your primary website partner. This ensures that all changes made to your website are done following our rigorous procedures. So it’s best that we are the only team performing updates and making technical changes to your website.
However, we completely understand that many websites require multiple users on the backend to perform a variety of updates, so we customize and brand your WordPress dashboard with limited access to specific areas. This ensures that no one outside of our support team will accidentally create detrimental issues on your website that will cause it to malfunction, or even worse, crash.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our business and because we start work from day one we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We completely understand that business needs can change. That’s why we offer flexible monthly packages if you don’t wish to commit annually — our monthly packages can be canceled at any time.
If you ever wish to cancel your WordPress Maintenance Package, just let us know before your next billing date.
What are your typical response and resolution times?
It depends on the support ticket. Here’s how our process works:
When you email a support ticket, you will receive an automated response right away, if it is submitted correctly into our system.

Within 1-4 hours you will receive a response email letting you know that we have opened the ticket. We need to look at the complexity of it and will let you know when it has been resolved.
Within 24-48 hours you will receive a resolution email with the changes made on that ticket.
If the ticket is complex and we need more time, we will let you know if it is outside of that 48-hour window. As we all know, communication is key, we take our response and resolution times seriously. We’ve got your back!
Do you offer custom development?
Yes! As a supplement to our WordPress maintenance packages, we offer custom development. If you have a larger project that requires custom work and is outside the scope of our packages, we’re happy to do it as an addition to our ongoing maintenance of your website.
Custom development starts from $197/hr. We’ll provide you with an accurate estimate of how much time it takes once our team receives project details.

Can I manage my server settings myself?
There is no server control panel access provided for your site because we manage it all for you. Any specific requests at the server level (such as running a specific version of PHP) would need to be submitted as a support request which would be considered on a case-by-case basis. If full control over your server environment is important to you, then our packages might not be the right hosting solution for you.
Are domain names and emails included?
Domain name registration and email hosting are not included in our packages. You will need to register your domain with a domain registrar, and we’d connect it to Cloudflare so we can manage your domain for you from there. If you desire an email address based on your domain name, that needs to be set up through a 3rd-party email host (we recommend Google Workspace ). If you need help with either of these things just contact us.
What's included in your unlimited edits? What's not included?
Unlimited edits do include edits to content on any existing page. Just note that content must be supplied by you and be 100% upload-ready — updates apply to existing pages only (does not include adding blog posts and does not include design services).
Unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD (or other image files) to WordPress, or building out a new page, website or subdomain. Additional updates and any changes to the structural layout of the website, including colors, fonts, and redesigns would be subject to our hourly design fee.

Included: You want us to take the text that you emailed to us and use it to replace the current content on your About page.
Not included: You want us to write content for or design your About page.

Included: You want us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you’ve provided all the needed content).
Not included: You want us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store.

Included: You want us to install a plugin to use its built-in functionality.
Not included: You want us to create new functionality that doesn’t exist in a plugin. (This would require custom development which would be subject to our hourly development rate).
We’d be happy to help you with custom development as well. That kind of project is fully covered by our hourly work or a retainer plan.
Do you offer phone support?
We’ve set up our pricing structure to stay pretty affordable, to include extra value, and to still be able to take care of our team whose goal is to take excellent care of your website. To keep our setup in place it truly makes more sense to handle all of our support services through email.
Even though we don’t offer phone support, customer service is a huge priority and we strive to provide fast, effective, and friendly email support!
What kind of security coverage do you provide?
We’ll implement additional security measures across your WordPress dashboard and hosting server as needed — we’re proud to provide a customized solution for each unique site. Our security optimization includes forced strong passwords, blocked modification of core WordPress files on the server, IP blocking to prevent attacks, automated malware monitoring, and an SSL certificate. These combined features are the industry standards best practices. Our Stay Fresh package also includes managed malware recovery in the event of an infection.
Do you clean up malware?
Malware is a serious issue for any website, and this is why we include malware removal in our Stay Fresh package.
Our support team will scan your website, clear out all malware and recheck the website for any vulnerable areas (i.e. outdated themes and/or plugins with known vulnerability risks).
After the malware has been cleaned up, we will implement new security protocols on your website to better protect it against attacks in the future.
