The Beacon Center
We first collaborated with the Beacon Center in 2018, focusing on a redesign of their website to enhance user engagement and visual appeal, along with automating several processes to improve their time management. In 2021, they became our initial client for SEO and social media management services, even before we officially launched these offerings on our website.Our tailored SEO strategies yielded significant results—the Beacon Center now proudly ranks on the first page of search results for 13 transactional keywords. This elevated online visibility has notably increased their inquiries and revenue. In 2023, recognizing that their brand elements, designed by a previous designer, were outdated, they approached us to revitalize their brand identity. This new project included a logo and a mini style guide with an updated color palette and modern fonts.

In 2022, we began managing the Beacon Center’s various social media channels, following the termination of their contract with another local digital marketing agency. The Beacon Center was dissatisfied with the former agency’s output, citing a lack of strategic direction and inadequate monthly reporting. Despite social media management not being a service we offered to our clients, the Beacon Center approached us, trusting in the strong relationship we had built over the years. Initially, we agreed to manage their social media as a temporary solution while they searched for a specialized agency. However, impressed with the results we delivered, they requested that we continue our services permanently. This experience led us to recognize an unmet need in the market. As a result, we have since developed and now offer affordable social media management packages, tailored specifically for small businesses on a budget.
